White teas have not been oxidized. It undergoes the least processing (steamed and dried only) of any type of tea. Using only the finest young leaves and buds with much fine white hairs on it. It is the subtlest of all tea types.
It contains the highest amount of antioxidants and anti-aging properties. It shares many beneficial organic compounds with green tea which helps improving brain function, reducing weight, maintaining healthy skin, lowering the risk of cancer, and refreshing the body, etc.
White tea has a light yellow color and it gives a refreshing, delicate and slightly sweet flavor.
